Brokenfoot Ranch
Carrollton, Georgia,
United States
Seeking compatible farm partners/investors--individuals, couples, and/or families--to share living and working together in a small rural organic farm community forming on 66 acres in Carroll County, Georgia. About 10-12 acres are open fields (bottomland and ridge)and the rest is mixed hardwood and pine forest. Year round creek, deep water well , rainwater catchment, county water connection. Conceptual site plan done by Village Habitat Design, a very well-respected and talented group of planners and architects with long experience planning eco-village communities. Good sustainable/organic agriculture connections developing locally, plus close enough to a university town to find broader cultural and employment opportunities.
