 June 2008, forming a 4-6 family co-housing development with individually owned homes and land on beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake, Texas.
l mile to schools, 3 miles to Azle, a city of 15,000/3 mile radius which includes this land in Pelican Bay, Texas. 15 miles to the museums and restaurants of Fort Worth, Texas. 35 miles to the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport.
Land costs are $150,000 waterfront, $300,000 lakefront per acre. Anticipated size is about l/2 acre per house (clustered). Pool and Community House would be owned collectively. Enter Pelican Bay, Texas in Google Maps or Yahoo Maps, which show better than Mapquest.
Developers web site is www.lagunabayestates.net. We have purchased lots 44 thru 47 as shown on www.lagunabayestates.net. Construction expected to begin 2009.
