FINANCING OPTIONS: Unlike new community construction your financing costs can be fairly accurately known before you commit yourself to this community. Owner financing may also be available for some condos...at reasonable interest rates and reduced closing costs. Ask about this.
SUSTAINABILITY: Community sustainability and condo marketability are generated through deed restrictions.
