 This community is my idea to have a true barter system for those who have skills and needs such as lawyers, teachers and others, who have extra housing, rooms or cottages on their property and are willing to exchange such housing in a compassionate kind hearted generous manner with others who have needs for housing and will provide skills in the areas of cooking, housecleaning, childcare, homeschooling and any other in home skills they can offer. I pray for some one who may have an estate or similar property who will be gracious to start this process. My vision is that professional people who earn good salaries can accomodate extra people to live with them, in outside cottages for example, or in private rooms and quarters in their homes, while attending to the many necessary household and child care needs of the professional. Instead of paying for nannies, household help, gardeners, home scoolers, the professional worker can have all that done for free in a barter/trade/exchange living situation that benefits people who have those skills. THis can take on some qualities of the Kibbutz where one can work in the area you are best suited for in exchange for housing. This community will need a kind benefactor who has some sort of estate with a need for skilled people who can have private simple rooms and a measure of independence.
